Bell, in general, is a good provider is you do not need to call customer service but been with most major service providers and they are average. Their loyalty department usually is pretty good.

The only provider available at my address, however, fiber to the home is top notch. Usually get higher than advertised speeds.

Apart from the price which changes almost every month. I have to call them regularly to adjust the prices of my package.
They always have the last word to justify the price changes.
Their service is impeccable., Just that I know I am paying too much.
