When my cell phone was stolen, FIZZ took 5 COMPLETE days before re-establishing the line with my number on my new cell phone. All this while telling me only "... we are working to solve the problem as soon as possible.". Not knowing how long to wait, I ended up getting a pre-paid phone for 1 month - which FIZZ never wanted to refund! So I changed company

Good morning! I live in the countryside and I pick up the signal very well! My plan only costs me $28+Tx with unlimited calls to Qc, unlimited texts & internet. In summary, I recommend FIZZ 100%, it's good and not expensive! Your unused internet data is added to your next month!!

Used Fizz within Quebec with no problem but when travelling in the USA with their US plan it is a lottery as some state may offer the service while other are not (Florida doesn’t work) In addition I had almost no reply from their support service except answers like : We are taking care of you… Be patient… We are looking at the problem … They answered me 1 week after a came back in More
