The old one was bad but the new one through Telus is absolutely horrible. I don't want to use a chatbot service to pay my bill. There seems to be no other option.
New website/app is so slow....even slower than the old website.
Phone service is good and price is good.
However, I'm totally willing to leave just from the new interface.

On March 18, 2010, Public Mobile opened its first stores in Montreal and Toronto. Two years after its launch, the brand decided to price up its cheapest mobile plan for unlimited calls by $4/month. In August 2012, Public Mobile invested in a service of unlimited music for its Android smartphones, which is currently known as Siren Music. Towards the end of the year, Public Mobile release the UMX Companion, a simple flip phone targeted towards older users.
