My husband died. The invoice is in his name and I am unable to change the name on the invoice. However, the amount is automatically withdrawn from my account every month. what to do?

Extremely unreliable

I’ve had bell internet at this address for 2 years. The first year was fantastic (no outages, consistent speed) and then the modem needed replacing after perhaps a year of service. Since then I have had 3-4 more modems that only seem to last 1-2 months at a time and then they completely stop working (no internet at all) and need replacing. My internet seems to be down 20% of the time. Called Bell More

Bell: Incredible People, Exceptional Service

my experience at Bell was incredible, the people who work there are very helpful and welcoming, my experience with Mr. Samuel and Mr. Yassin in Laurier qc was incredible I absolutely recommend them, I was so happy and satisfied I thank Bell d 'have workers of this high quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bell Internet: Poor Service, No Care.

My internet provider is Bell, horrible experience, poorest service. They don't care.
Hardly a chance to speak with a PERSON.
More or less stuck with Bell because of rural location.

TV Troubles at Mom's CHSLD

I'm writing for my mother who is in a CHSLD so as there are several of us going to see her and there are always problems with the TV, particularly which works with the internet, we are discouraged and in addition two feedings at the same station are a cocoonie since it's is not together their diffusion

Faster speeds for less cost

The reason why I'd like to change from Bell is the cost, what they offer me currently has a much slower speed in Brossard (100 mbs) than what they were offering in Saint-Mathias-Sur-Richelieu (1000 mbs) and yet the price is the same. I want to see if I can get better for a better price.
