Bell Reviews: How Canadians Feel
As one of the most trusted companies in Canada, Bell has gained millions of customers. Fortunately, Bell reviews are mostly positive. Users praise the unmatched speed of their fibre internet. The main problem with customers seems to be their customer service. Because they are such a huge company, users may have to wait a while to speak with a representative.

In terms of performance, Bell's service still seems to me to be the best. On the other hand, their rating is tarnished by a few problems, including short outages for no apparent reason, random restarts of the modem, correct customer service but which requires time and patience. In addition, their telephone service is clearly overpriced, the TV equipment is getting old and has not had a hardware update for 10 years. There is room for improvement.

Internet services are the most expensive in North America and one wonders why. Monopoly, that's the problem and when the 2 suppliers work hand in hand to ADJUST their prices, we have the prices we pay. It's revolting and the CRTC in there, a real box of friends.

Deplorable customer service. Long delay to speak to an agent, the prices offered depend on who you speak to and are much higher than the competition. Damage…

After cancelling, Bell continued to take pre-authorized payments from my account and told me that they couldn't stop them for 2 months! They said that my bank could stop them but the bank will charge a lot for a stop payment on an account and there is no way for them to block it once it is set up, only Bell can stop it. Warning - stop any pre-authorized payments a few months before you plan to cancel.

I just changed from Bell to Fizz/Videotron for my internet service. Since I still have both, I compared the connection performance side by side using the SpeedTest app. I now have Fibe 50 (so 50 Mbps unlimited download) for 77$/month and Fizz 200 Mbps unlimited download for 53$/month. Results: Bell download 23.2 Mbps upload 3.75 Mbps (a fraud considering that I'm paying for 50 Mbps), Fizz download More
