Telus runs Fibre into every wealthy rural neighbourhood in the county but not to a block in the city with multi unit dwellings. On top of this, they charge me 100+ a month for slow DSL service while offering $60 plans for fibre customers. In addition, I negotiated a price for my contract specifically with no price increases.
