With a large customer base that spans the entire country, CarryTel is responsible for introducing telecom services to countless Canadians. Fortunately, their users seem to appreciate their service. Most CarryTel reviews praise the performance of their high-speed internet plans, their decent prices, and their friendly customer service.
The actual service is consistent and reliable, however, their pricing strategy to entice new customers leaves a sour experience in the end. Not that other companies aren't employing the same strategy, the difference is other companies make it clear they're doing so. Their customer service i More
Worst experience ever. The internet remains down most of the time. The customer care can hardly do anything as they rely on Rogers customer to fix the issue. Even if it is cheap, it’s not worth it.. Don’t don’t go for it..
Service is okay, but if they have an issue it takes longer to fix than the 1st line ISPs since I assume they have to wait for bell/rogers techs to get to their problems. However, the customer service is just atrocious. Lazy, non committal and often lacking knowledge.
Terrible experience, paid for 1 gig and got 1/1000 of that.
The fastest i got was 20 mbps crazy. They blamed everything. I was with fido before, both use rogers network, and never had an issue. So the wiring was fine, but they were saying the issue is from my side, despite doing all they asked for.
