Fizz mobile plans, tailored to your needs

I’ve been with Fizz for two years now. We were having trouble with the internet from another provider: the speed sucked and it just kept dropping. We switched over to Fizz and it has been great from the start. The technician came quickly, helped with the installation when we found out our building wasn’t wired for a cable connection, helped us test out the service, and made sure the speeds were correct before leaving.
We were paying for a speed of 120/20 but we consistently get over 300 download. When Fizz changed their pricing for speeds, they actually notified US that we were entitled to a lower price and made the changes, saving us money every month.
The service is excellent and we’ve only had one issue that was fixed promptly by an on-site visit. Our building’s wiring was faulty and the modem had to be moved.
We did experience another issue more recently and the service dropped completely. This was a one time thing that even the technician had never seen before caused by the modem dying out. The appointment was scheduled just as quickly as any other company, and the technicians are always super helpful, nice, and extremely considerate of people’s homes and the Covid safety protocol.
The online support is just as efficient as calling any other customer service team and they’ve expanded to have a lot more ways to reach them: messenger, chat, group forums, etc.
My all time favorite thing with Fizz is their referral program. It’s regularly $25 off your bill and the bill of whoever signs up with your code but it frequently has promotions of $50, $75, and even $100! There’s no limit to it.
We were so happy with the service that we investigated their mobile plans too and we’ve signed up with them for significantly cheaper service than our old providers for more mobile data and just as excellent packages including texts, calls, voicemail, caller ID, etc.
