Rogers Reviews: A Favourite Amongst Canadians
Rogers is one of the country's most used and respected networks for good reason. Their expansive infrastructure and affordable prices have won over countless customers. However, some Rogers reviews express impatience with their customer service. Since they are such a massive company, you should be prepared to be put on hold for a while.

Price agreement for a change to a package not respected, 3 months later still not paid, I am billed for an unexpected amount, waste of time on the phone, I am put on hold, I have been there for more than 20 hours already Wasting my time and still no results. Roger continues to take an unauthorized amount from my card, impossible to speak to a responsible person, I have to tell the whole story ever More

Rogers is fine... probably more expensive than what we need though.

I've had this service for three months. Every month there has been an outage. So far for 2024 the uptime has been 72.7%. Typically uptime is measured in the number of 9s - e.g. 99%, 99.9%, 99.99%, and so on. That is to say, 2x9s (99%) uptime is considered poor performance. 72.7% uptime is absolute crap. What's Rogers solution? Only after my asking did they *graciously* offer me $14 -- on a $79/mo More

I haven't found the service to be reliable. Drops quite a lot and is very expensive.
