Lure you in with falsely advertised rates. Have a 1000 excuses why you can't have the promo deals.Customer service is rude, if you can even get through. Expect 45 minutes or more on hold.Service is terrible, no help to fix the issue, just excuses for lack of towers.

Ender a manager has the worst customer service skills ever. I was having issues with Telus and koodo around my phone not working properly and paying the bill online ( as their payment system keeps giving me error messages).
