The most terrible service I have ever received. I am so disappointed from Telus's Customer service. After spending 2 hours over the phone no one was willing to listen , emphasize or to help.
Agent name Melodie and Manager Lorrie both were super rude.Talking it over with there incompetent customer service, Both of them did not show any support and did not even try to give us any solution.
When no one was willing to help, i told them I am going to file complaint to CRTC. The Manager name Lorrie said I don't care you can complaint to whoever. I mean wow so unprofessional. And they are just ready to loose their 8 years old loyal customer. I do not recommend Telus for any services.

Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. Some agents are very friendly and dedicated and others are just the opposite. Today I spoke to a woman named Fatouma who was professional and courteous first and then a mobility service agent (*611) named Cédric who seemed deliberately oppositional and unfriendly from the start (ex. I asked her to speak to a supervisor and the response was: are you willing to wait an hour?). I also have to call back another time in 3 weeks to get a response due to a rigid billing system. I gave a good rating for the good connection and it is. Some employees are dedicated in this difficult work and I thank them. For the general organization of customer service, it is a very bad company and I understand the frustration of many. Thomas

The future is certainly not friendly with TELUS. I was promised no connection fee with the promotion, but when the bill arrived, the fee was charged. I returned to the store, and the salesperson acknowledged the mistake and called TELUS to correct it. Unfortunately, TELUS refused to credit the charges. Despite being one company, they failed to take responsibility and made their own employee look bad in front of a customer. I'll be looking for service elsewhere.

I had experience the worst, unprofessional and heatdeack service.
I try to bring my line from another company because they offer me an apperently “good deal” but it was a nightmare and the worst mistake
After 3 hours of wait on the downtown store the transfer was never completely transfer.
I call the customer service the machine transfer any were and no ones pick up the phone
And when they do i stay on waiting for 1 h 30 minutes
Do never do buisseness with this unprofessional company
