Telus Customer Service Struggle

Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. Some agents are very friendly and dedicated and others are just the opposite. Today I spoke to a woman named Fatouma who was professional and More

"Switch to Roku with Telus"

My family switched over to Roku since it offered better services compared to the $40/month tv package. During our conversation with Telus, we were asked a multitude of times if we would be interested in signing a contact to lower the cost to $20/month for the tv package as is, plus a "security system" package that we didn't have permission to set up on the landlords property. This contract would l More
