I’ve been with Shaw for over 20 years but had to leave them due to Telus giving me a bundle that was less than half of what shaw wanted per month. Shaw was charging me $250 a month!!! I think shaw’s customer service should have called me years ago offering me a better deal. Then to top it off. The remainder of the balance from shaw was immediately sent to a collection agency. Sadly I go with the two-year contract for my house Internet, calling two times for solving the internet speed problem, the customer service was really rude and instead of helping me fix my problem he said ( I understand where are you coming from!!) RUN AWAY from this provider!!! Seriously the worst service I've ever had. As someone who works from home coordinating a company overseas, I've had significant losses of both time and money trying to use their services. The website runs in loops and you're never able to solve anything. The phone line its just ridiculously long waiting, as I write this, I've been in line for (gasp!) 1h and 27 min trying to cancel their service.
