Since our home was equipped with TELUS fibre service, we have had nothing but problems with our internet service. As we have television service from TELUS also, that is where we notice the problems the most with buffering and television screens freezing. Telus is fine really, just watch the contract expiry date, and never ever ever change anything. They will hose you hard and give you the run around in a really bad way.

Telus is a good provider but when you try to contact them it takes for ever and their contract is what I don't like. With the way TV is now you can get most everything on the internet

Never signed up for service but being charged for it for 6 months, called their attention only for them to charge me extra 300$ for cancellation of service that I never really signed up for or used!
