The internet does not work. When you call and talk to tech support, they blame it on equipment and wires that were working 12 hours previous. The it is the fault of the router that is not even connected yet. The problems started the very first day of the contract and continued every day there after. Great price, "OK" service, but network stability has been horrible for ~1 year, especially since early 2023. Connection drops 2-3 times a week.
