WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. WASTE OF TIME!!

The worsse

The internet does not work. When you call and talk to tech support, they blame it on equipment and wires that were working 12 hours previous. The it is the fault of the router that is not even connected yet. The problems started the very first day of the contract and continued every day there after. "Network Stability Woes Last Year"

Great price, "OK" service, but network stability has been horrible for ~1 year, especially since early 2023. Connection drops 2-3 times a week.

Customer Service Nightmare: Outages, Charges

Frequent outages, outsourced customer service to India, hidden charges, never transferred my phone number, etc.

If you choose to go with this company, be sure to check on your plan's price every few months. Should the cost of your plan lower, you will need to call them to switch to the lower rate. They will not do it automatically, and will charge the old rate until you catch on.

As I am not interested in policing my plan's rate every few months, to verify I'm not being overcharged, I will not be using their service again.

Promises a service they could not give me

I ordered the V Media TV and internet package, was a good price with no terms, I cancelled my other service and tried to connect the internet for 4 days with V Media with no success and then was told they could not provide internet service in our area. So now I had no internet and had to find another provider, we were over a month without internet and my wife has a home business so I would not recommended this company

Flexible Onboarding with Modem Supplied

Onboarding easy as they supply modem only. Using all my own h/w for LAN. No contract means I can move when a better ROI surfaces.

Trash internet, trash service, trash

I would have paid double the money to avoid this service. All around garbage. Internet sucks, contacting them sucks, you do everything yourself which seems like it sucks till you need them to assist you. DO NOT USE. Wish I read this before hand.
