Since a few weeks I am no longer able to make or receive calls if I am in the house. When it works the cut line... IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human at FIDO, only their robot!!! I had to pretend to be a new client to finally talk to someone. NO results, they don't know why. Terrible service, I change supplier....

Fido is the most EVIL and THEIVING phone company out there. When they set me up with my account, they sent me a phone that barely works. On top of that I specifically instructed them to setup automatic payments, which they did not. Then when my payments weren't being taken (for three months) they charged me an $80 late fee. Fido doesn't care about it's existing customer, I am with Fido for ~3 years, but when I called to upgrade my data plan from 2 GB to what they are offering to new customer , they simply refused it , and when I asked to leave the Fido as getting better deal with other provider they didn't care .

My roommate dealt with the bill and found the internet itself was good, but the emails and customer service was lacking from Fido.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Transferred to 4 different people to cancel my account when the first option I chose was for account cancellation ! The network is GARBAGE in this neighborhood. I have friends in this neighborhood on the same Fido plan and they complain too. It's so terrible that Fido & Rogers technicians themselves have told us to switch from Fido to another company!
Quality of Everything involving Fido has taken a serious downfall in the last 2 years. the Connection is constantly dropping at all hours of the day at least 6 times a day, Customer service takes over 40 minutes on hold to talk to anyone, and to top it off they increase their prices by 50% in the last year alone. Quite frankly, the price payed for their service is not worth it

FIDO STOLE MORE THAN $4000 FROM ME.
July End 2022- I called Fido to sign up for an Apple 13 pro max. Over the phone, we had an agreed amount of $115 per month.
The very next day i got an email confirmation saying that a 24 month contract of $170+ per month has been created.
I called them very same day mentioning this wasnt the agreed amount and would like to cancel the contract. They agreed to cancel it and asked to return the phone they shipped within 30 days.
As soon as the phone arrived I sent the phonne back and Fido confirmed that they received it and has closed my account.
On September 18th- I see a charge of $2254 on my credit card. I called Fido and they apologized saying that it will be re-imbursed. After having to call their customer service and wait multiple hours. I finally got my $2254 back on September 21st. Case was closed.
October 12th- I see Fido has charged $2198 again towards my credit card. Every time I call, I end up having to speak to a separate customer service representative, repeat myself 100 times and all they say is a case is created.
FIDO HAS LITERALLY STOLEN $4000+ FROM MY CARD OVER TWO MONTHS AND I AM YET TO RECEIVE $2198 BACK. WHAT'S HAPPENING?
MY CREDIT CARD LIMIT IS $3000 AND I AM HAVING TO BORROW MONEY FROM OTHERS AS I DON'T HAVE ANY BALANCE ON MY CARD DUE TO FIDO'S THEFT.
