It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

GO ELSEWHERE!!! We decided to change providers last January and called to sign up. The person on the line didn't speak French enough to transcribe our names, even spelling them. It was even difficult for this person to understand the numbers. This should have worried us, because subsequently ALL communications were difficult to access Customer Service and Technical Support. We are on hold for hours when we call, we get transferred to another department and we end up back on hold. If you opt for call return with hold on hold, most of the time, there is no return. In short, waste of time and total dissatisfaction.
