this is not my only review on this company, they are truly the worst company I've ever had, nothing but problem with them, called multiple time to let them know about my internet problem and they clearly just don't care as they just been telling me "I will add a note to your files bla bla bla" and nothing get done. for MONTHS now my internet has been crashing every 30 minutes, I've had multiple outage/problems. they finally sent a technician back in October and they said they would fix the problem, didn't fix shit and then never came back after we called them multiple time to tell them it wasn't fixed. Now I'm just giving up and will go with another company, NEVER go with Cogeco or if you have a problem, BEST OF LUCK. I would rate -5 stars if I could.

Since installing the EPICO system, it's been hell. Network shutdowns aplenty, we have to unplug the TV, the decoder and the wifi and start all over again in the middle of a film or a show. The support calls recommend us to do exactly what we were doing and we are told that it is like that, there is nothing else to do.

Epico is absolutely awful: the thing fails to launch 5 days out of 7 and you have fuss and push buttons until it finally figures itself out. The user interface is poorly designed and clumsy to use. The recording application does or doesn't work seemingly at random, it also saves items that we did not choose. TERRIBLE. We are considering another cable company.
