Acanac is a scam. The give fake promos for 2 years or a year. They hope that you will forget about them and the will keep billing $82 a month for a service worth between 35-40 with other companies. Stay away from them it's a scam. Just ask Gemini to help you find the cheaper internet service provider in Montreal. There are plenty.

I've had service for just over a year, and have had consistent speeds and no downtime.

A great provider over all. Bell owned actually. Fast and reliable service. Negotiate a good rate when you sign up. Pricing does not appear to increase for 24 month plans, they say it won’t increase (Dec 2024) but their T&Cs were changed when Bell bought them and says otherwise. It’s been a year now and no increases.
