Delighted with the welcome, the prices, efficiency in delivering the equipment. Unfortunately after 3 days they were unable to establish the connection. Unable to speak to a supervisor too. Perhaps a lack of manpower but we are at the mercy of a hypothetical call back from the technical service. Too much uncertainty for me. "I have had the misfortune of using this internet provider and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Their service is terrible, and their customer support is even worse. Their representatives are unhelpful, rude, and seem to have no interest in resolving issues. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable internet provider."

Ridiculously poor costumer service. If you have any technical issue, which is very likely to happen with this company, you should go for a new provider bcz Acanac won’t be able to fix it.

I benefited for a year from a fairly advantageous promotion with Acanac, a Bell service provider. The connection was sufficient for working remotely and watching Netflix, but not great either. The promotion has now expired and I find the price ($75/month) and the connection (50MB/s) unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, the network is not very good in the neighborhood. It caps at 50MB/s maximum.
