Telcans customer service is great. The speed im getting isnt great, but the price is cheaper than last provider and still gettting higher speed than them.

Although got the internet outage at the very first few days when I sign up for the service, the customer services do reply with confirmation that the issue is on their end. This means a lot. Also the compensation is made for the period when the service is down.
