No service for a week

When it works, it's perfect. But as a seasonal user, from May 1st to October 31st, since our arrival on May 1st, it still hasn't been activated, even after informing Sogetel of the situation. A technician came on May 2nd, and there's been no change since. It's the same for my neighbor. We're in Deschaillons.
