I needed a travel SIM card to Canada and happened to find out about PhoneBox on Planhub. I have an iPhone 13 that supports eSIM and I chose eSIM option for my activation. they over charged me, when i pointed it out, they said the credit will come next month. It didnt! after multiple calls and complaints, they said the credit will come in the next three months in installments!!! seriously?! Its overchanging!! not a gift certificate!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
