As far as phones/bills go you will be paying a high fee (standard for our 3 different companies you can pick from in Canada). The service and 5G is better quality than Roger's, but not better than others, in my experience.The biggest issue I had was there customer service and the information online not being accurate/the same as emails I received. Warning: Do not use this service. No customer service. I was never able to connect my modem, and I had to call several times, and my last call lasted 2 hours and 12 minutes! Just to speak to someone from Koodoo Internet. Horrible. I didn't even have time to install it, and I couldn't reach them until I had 2 hours to waste. Please pass on the information! Thank you.
