The Xiaomi 15 Ultra runs on a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset (3nm) paired with an Adreno 830 GPU and up to 16GB of RAM. Its 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display uses a 1440 x 3200 resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 3,200 nits peak brightness. On the camera side, a 1-inch main sensor is joined by a 200MP telephoto with 100mm-equivalent zoom, a second telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and an ultrawide lens, all developed with Leica, plus a 32MP front camera. The battery supports 90W wired and 80W wireless charging. The phone includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and an optional filter ring holder for the camera module.
