Speed for internet is very slow and spotty. TV keeps blanking out. After a two year contract fees went from 212 to 252 and then was told if I didn’t sign a contract same service would be 300 plus taxes.

•Their call volumes are always above average. They have no call back service. Waiting times as long as 2 hours.
•Their chat service is abysmal. Wait times are not as long as on the phone, but the customer service is awful.
