I don't feel comfortable supporting a monopoly. there is no excuse for raising prices after merging, and their "value plans" penalize you for trying to pause or cancel even in the case of a serious health issue. extremely disappointed with rogers/shaw

These people have gone south and nothing changed when they joined forces with Rogers, apparently got worse. Bad experiences with them since I signed up with them 6 years ago. Next time round, there will be no next time around with shaw.

For over a year, there was an upstream issue with the shaw network feeding our neighbourhood (i.e. multiple homes impacted). Shaw eventually decided that they would rather cancel our account than fix this issue with their network.
