Rogers Reviews: A Favourite Amongst Canadians
Rogers is one of the country's most used and respected networks for good reason. Their expansive infrastructure and affordable prices have won over countless customers. However, some Rogers reviews express impatience with their customer service. Since they are such a massive company, you should be prepared to be put on hold for a while.

I was forced to move to WiFi as Roger’s refused to connect one of my digital hard wire boxes saying it was outdated and not supported. All the other digital boxes worked very well and were hard wired. You can’t mix hardwire with WiFi. Understandable. So I changed to Rogers WiFi. Big mistake, connectivity with other equipment like LG speakers is ver

Signed up for a 2 year deal with a reduced price. When I asked whether it was a contract when ordering it by phone, they said no, it was just a 2 year price reduction. Turned out it was a contract, and now I'm moving to an out of service area and have to pay over over $100 for an early cancelation.I also had once tried to leave their service before moving because it was dysfunctional in my area an

I signed up to try Rogers. Price was good on a bring your device plan. About a month later i saw that they had certified used phones so decided to add to my plan. Not so fast, they could not honour the same plan that i just signed up for...it would go up $10 a month plus of course cost of the new phone. What a binch of misleading crooks. Going back to my old carrier. You should stay away as well.

Rogers hi speed home internet is unreliable and bad for businesses who use it. Since Feb 2026 there is an issue in my area and several techs and phone calls cannot resolve. I do not recommend this service to anyone who has a business or work from home.

This company ironically claims to be the most reliable and yet they’re not. Jumped through so many hoops with them. So many CS calls for various things. Called them again today to ask about a cable burial that they said would happen after winter…it’s now August and there’s still nothing happening. I waited 1.5 hours till they picked up and my convo was only 4 minutes. Service is okay. Forced bundles with tv to keep a promo price. Otherwise you’re stuck paying full.

Since February 2026, the network has become increasingly slow, and often doesn't respond. Despite my efforts with them and even with the CRTC, nothing has been done. The answer: they don't guarantee speeds. Yet they're supposed to be the most reliable network in the country. Don't fall for their tempting offers; you'll regret it the very next day.

They mail you the 5g router, dont tell you what window to set it up in, or inform you which direction the closest 5g tower/dish is. We paid $100 a month for 100mbps internet and the fastest its ever got to is 60mbps. If you close the blinds the speed drops significantly. Our fi

The internet is okay but their customer service has been terrible. Have been charged wrongly multiple times and when you call to ask about they will keep transferring you from one department to another and keep you waiting on hold for hours. Terrible experience. I wish there were more options to choose from in my area.

They’re sending 3rd party field agents to scam innocent people. These field agents will tell all lies to get you subscribed. Once you subscribe to Rogers, you have pay $360 to Roger’s to get out of this scam.Customer service agents called me dumb to trust third party agents and signing up to Rogers. Those field agents will never respond to your queries. Whether you us Rogers service or not, you ha
