Used Fizz within Quebec with no problem but when travelling in the USA with their US plan it is a lottery as some state may offer the service while other are not (Florida doesn’t work) In addition I had almost no reply from their support service except answers like : We are taking care of you… Be patient… We are looking at the problem … They answered me 1 week after a came back in Canada H More

Awesome service, good price, stable internet, stable phone. Only issue is when you have problems, it can be hard to have them fixed. You need to contact them through chat and emails. But 99% of the time it is fine, and probably better or similar to other offers on market.
