I haven't been with Virgin for a year yet and they're giving me a raise from $29 to $35, but for new people they're doing it at $29, I'm definitely going to change.

Yesterday I called twice to tell them that I received an offer from another operator that was better than their current package, and that I would like to stay with them if they offer me the same offer, or something similar. I was transferred to the loyalty department and was surprised by the indifference of the employee who answered my call, as if she didn't believe me and took my words lightly. I

Since August 8, I have received 7 calls from Virgin, without leaving me a message. Since I have just changed cell phone companies to another distributor and I have time to call them back to find out what is going on, I call them back. I explain the situation to the gentleman who is already not very cooperative... little by little he asks me for my account number, how many GB... I tell him that I have no idea. He accuses me of not knowing, and he explains to me that he is just doing his job in an arrogant tone. I tell him that I am not angry. I do not know his information. I sign my contract, I have a cell phone, I call, I chill on it and in 3-4 years I change it. In short, I am not satisfied with how he treats me and despite having told him to let it go, he continues.... So I hang up. About ten minutes pass... he calls me back and very arrogantly he reminds me that I hung up on him. Ok... and he explains to me that he has nothing on file, they never contacted me, he says they are probably fraudsters. I remind him that I just clicked on the number he contacted me and I got there. That's it. When I had just started speaking, he cuts me off immediately. I had to interrupt him in turn and I said that I had let him speak and that I expected the same thing.... In short, the exchange is not professional at all. He answers me, that he listened to me so it was now his turn. In short, he ends up telling me that he checked the file and he has nothing. Well, perfect, good news, the call will have an end... but no, he continues to want to explain to me that I don't really know what, that he is doing his job... ♀️. I stop him and tell him that it's ok... he continues. I told him I didn't understand the situation, that I had other things to do. He called me rude. I hung up, I was at the end of my tether... Learn to pick up in life, my dear sir. Why bother with a customer who is just trying to find out why she called 7 times? First call, you don't have the answer, perfect, it doesn't matter. End of the call. It doesn't help to continue, and the customer reminds you to let it go, pick up. Don't waste your time calling her back, at worst, move on to the nex

More about Virgin Plus
The history of Virgin Plus
On March 1st, 2005 Virgin Mobile was officially launched. On July 19th, 2021, Virgin Mobile was renamed to Virgin Plus, implying the expansion of the company and the efforts of supplementing today's Virgin Mobile plans and Virgin mobile family plans. Their initial launch was initiated by offering prepaid plans. In order to stand out amongst its competitors, the company opted for bold commercials, featuring nurses or angels. Despite the negative comments the service provider initially received, they continued to pursue this advertising technique for years. Today, the result speaks for itself: Virgin Plus has not only created a mark for itself in the Canadian telecom industry but has successfully created an identity for itself that differs from other companies. In 2009, Bell Mobility acquired Virgin Plus, and since then, users have been benefiting from its HSPA network. This came as an opportunity to provide other services such as smartphone retailing.
Virgin Plus : A vast network coverage in Canada
Since Virgin Plus is a subsidiary of Bell, Virgin Plus naturally benefits from Bell’s enormous network coverage. This coverage allows users to use high speed 4G internet in the majority of the areas of Canada when it comes to their Virgin mobile data plans.
