Avoid Rogers: Nightmare Service

If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

yikes dont go here!

Well after ridiculous discussions with customer service at Rogers where they are offering me less than the new plans for more money, i finally left the stupidly expensive bills at Rogers and cut my phone bill in half! Note: EVERY other service provider could give me around half my bill off but i finally when with Freedom for LESS than half the cost of the lines at Rogers for more of everything! Wow! Doesn't matter if you're on Airplane mode, cellular network is turned off and you are connected to the internet, you will get charged overseas.
