If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

Overpriced as most others say. you would think data plan prices would drop as the years go by but it is the opposite...... I strongly disagree with the Shaw And Rogers merger. We need more competition not less .... after all ,one shaw pension to senior retiree is in excess of 17,000 $ a day .... and they still gouge .

Customer service is so rude and useless. And they keep changing the price on you. No loyalty rewards and despite my having been with them for five years, and having multiple cells and home phone and Internet bundle, the service is rude and useless.
