Management needs retraining in customer service

Ender a manager has the worst customer service skills ever. I was having issues with Telus and koodo around my phone not working properly and paying the bill online ( as their payment system keeps giving me error messages). Ender says " well you get what you pay for". He says " koodo is a value brand of Telus". I took the matter to the CCTS and Ender responds by saying that the CCTS can't make the

Cheap quality carrier

In essence you get worse network/internet speed than Freedom mobile at prices similar to Fido. Unfortunately I got trapped into a 2 year contract with them.

Refund Refusal at New Westminster Store

I was at your new westminster store .They were not able to complete the new phone install after I paid for it.I asked for my returned phone back and asked for a refund on charges. They refused to give my old phone back and they refused to provide a refund.
