Carrytel is a good budget ISP. They are stable, reliable and at a decent price. Customer service is average with limited hours, which can be an issue if service outages occur outside 10am-7pm EST. The biggest issue is they store your card details and charge it without warning. Remove your details and you get no service. Customer Service is 0, they take you through a script each time without checking notes plus they are not open at peak times. You also get billed to return their faulty equipment. Pay a little more for decent service and dont sign up in the first place!

I have been talking to the carrytel escalation team for more than a week about the modem that returned in very good condition and there is still no communication to cancel the payment for the supposedly damaged modem. I have been with them for 3 years, no price increase and the only time they have been down is when cogeco is down since they use their infrastructure.
