Best price ever for a great network coverage, speed and stability. You pay way less because they don't have to pay for a call center, but you have access to support throught the great community. Easy to find answer in english and also in french. Also, you get rewards to lower your monthly bill. Public mobile referral code save you $10

The old one was bad but the new one through Telus is absolutely horrible. I don't want to use a chatbot service to pay my bill. There seems to be no other option.
New website/app is so slow....even slower than the old website.
Phone service is good and price is good.
However, I'm totally willing to leave just from the new interface.

PM had a reward program that was offerred a few years ago and they stated it would be active as long as you remained a customer. I believed them and signed up. Well, they discontinued that program in May 2024. Dishonest.

On the Telus network, very competitive prices. Help for common issues is from the 'community' i.e. other clients. Can submit a ticket to resolve serious problems with an actual employee, but only through web site.

I have had this service for 3 months and most of the time I have a problem. No service at all, or can receive but can not make calls - it's always something. I guess there is no budget friendly service.
