with them for 7 years, except the 1st year, I never have a stable connection with all the time cuts and with each technical intervention they only make the situation worse

It's been more than 3 months, in the evening after 6 p.m. the speed suddenly drops and doesn't even reach 15mbit/s despite my 100mbit/s, I complained, I was told that Videotron have a problem, but how is that a problem that lasts more than 3 months?!!! It's not normal, you have to look for a serious supplier. Very disappointed.

A better price for a service that is equivalent to other bigger providers. I have been with vif-Internet for 6 years now and I have never had a problem with this provider in all this time.
