The prices are unbeatable. They use the same network as Telus, so there are no coverage issues. I've never had a problem. The points system is great. Everything is done online, which is why you pay less. You can also get a $10 credit in your second month by entering the code RW972Z when you sign up.

I've been a customer for years. Up until now, everything has been perfect. The initial setup and connection went smoothly (without assistance). Everything works well.
