Warning: Billing is required 1 month in advance + the monthly fee... (2 months total)... Be careful!! Before subscribing with PC Mobile, be aware that they bill you 1 month in advance and the remaining balance in your account is never refundable, so in my opinion, it's a scam... They should mention when opening the account that they take the cost of the plan plus 1 month upon registration. It's a shame, if I had known, I wouldn't have signed up... I'll know for next time. I strongly suggest Chatr or Public Mobile, a little more expensive but only $5 more per month, same plan, but they don't charge for 2 months when opening the account.

Terrible customer support and pricing not honest

Vinay cared until contract signed did not even show me all pagers the Roger’s sent me the full smt different then what I given. Did not sell me the phones I wanted

Did not sell me the phones I wanted insisted I buy iPhone sir said I only needed a phone either 1 camera. Could set up SIM claimed zi looked it Roger’s after being on hold set up in 5 minutes. siM was not locked as per Vinay accusation Roger’s told me it is pc mobile agent responsibility to tag data and sim to new uipgtated phone I was Roger’s customer already for 2 years Sorry for typos very upset That I got treated with such disrespect

PC Mobile is the best prepaid provider out there on Bell network I moved from Lucky Mobile to PC and the service with PC is awesome fast data speeds with 5G great customer service plus PC optimum points I recommend everyone who is looking for a affordable provider to check out PC Mobile don't trust the bad reviews on this page me and lots of people I know all been with PC for years back and forth and always came back to PC Mobile and their service is awesome

I signed up for a plan with automatic top up every month. Sounds simple, right? Not to PC Mobile. After a month, while on vacation, they turned off my phone and put my account on hold as there was no money in the account. So when I got back, I go and setup automatic top up again and still nothing works. Then they tell me on the phone I have to do manual top up to restart the account. This Mickey Mouse company is a joke.
