No customer service, unable to speak to a human. And if you think you offer good service, it's because you don't call your competitors. The only time I spoke with anyone was after I left koodo, then suddenly a human called me trying to convince me to stay for koodo...ridiculous.

Very difficult to navigate the site, many technical problems and lack of transparency. The customer service by phone is helpful but it is difficult to speak to a representative.

Be careful with this company’s plans. 500 minutes means outgoing and incoming calls and does not give credit for 800 numbers. To my way of thinking it is double dipping when charging the caller and the recipient for the same call. I switched plans to avoid this going forward but will leave Koodo shortly. The plan recommended for a senior was not in my best interest at all.

Koodo sold me a plan and a phone on a promotion in store. However the phone was not available that day, so I placed a deposit for the phone. they have a great network, never dropped a call... however their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. they will tell you one thing on the phone, do something else on your bill.... when asked to review the conversation, which is sopposed to be recorded, was told "I will not review the phone call there is no point".
