Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. Some agents are very friendly and dedicated and others are just the opposite. Today I spoke to a woman named Fatouma who was professional and More

Terrible customer service & support. I was dealing with the in store manager in Deerfoot meadows (McKenzie), not only was he incredibly rude & patronizing, he didn’t help me in any way with my situation or help find a solution. Telus always markets how wonderful and supportive they are to their customers, and it’s a LIE! They are always finding ways to “rip you off”. They never explain the proces More

My wife has been with Telus for 15 + years. The company and it’s employees have been decent. I have no complaints about the people who I have dealt with. Recently we had an issue with charges to the bill after a new activation. Customer service is impossible to get ahold off.

Telus has been the most frustrating company to deal with by far. There’s way too many departments and nobody knows what’s going on. They have offices abroad and you’ll get transferred multiple times before they even know who you are. We have a business account with them with multiple lines yet they expect us to wait a week for an update with no call back. After I had to call them back for an updat More

Telus is a total scam. They charged me $1067 for a new iphone 12 and gave me $300 for my iphone 10 then I am forced to give them the iphone 12 back or they will charge me $260 and I signed up on a 2 year contract so I can't get out of this deal.
SCAM ALERT!

For a hugely expensive provider, they have no customer service. Sit on hold on the phone, sit on wait on customer chat, just when you reach the top of the que, you get pushed back down.
Telus, do you think I have nothing better to do than wait for you to get around to me. I am looking for a new provider.

Don’t ever fall into their offers to transfer to Telus from your carrier. I was offered $600 credit and $50 monthly bill for each of my number. Sounds like a lot of saving but guess what? Nobody mentioned about 3 month trial ( home service addition discount) when they try to convince me to move to Telus. Nobody mention $200 credit will be actually $178 because of the tax ?! And you ll pay $50 conn More
