Although I was a Koodo customer for years service has been getting worse in the last couple of years. I try to get help which isn't easy but lately I've been have calls drop, crossed into the us and lost my network which never used to happen and data nearly non existent. Very poor only to find out instead of getting the 4g that was supposed to be they set me up with 3g at 4 g speed. NOT THE SAME! More

Let me start by saying I have been with Koodo for 13 years now. I have their phone plan, which has always been great plans for a great price. They call me whenever they have special promos going on and I get greater perks and plans for significantly less cost. It definitely pays to be a loyal customer with Koodo. I have never had any issues getting through to customer service if I have an issues. More

IME, their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced (and I was with Bell Mobility a few years ago. Lol)
Save yourself the headaches and use another provider. There are others with better customer service for about the same price (Virgin Mobile for example)

I switched from Bell to Koodo as I was already a mobile customer of Koodo and they offered an incredible deal to existing mobile subscribers. My monthly bill is now much less than half the Bell price, the setup took about 10 minutes, no contract was required, and my speeds went from 53.9/10.5 (download/upload) with Bell to 94.7/22.5 (download/upload) with Koodo. In the remotest part of the house, the download speed was actually 10x faster.
