The network is extremely unstable, the Tech Support is doing trouble shooting through a scripted and they asking you to do the same trouble shooting over and over again plus, it is extremely time consuming (anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours).

I was very pessimistic about Distributel because of all the -ve reviews on this site. I still gambled. Here are current reviews, I will change/update them if anything changes. Day1:- The box arrived on time, very easy setup (literally plug and play), so far 1/2 price and 2X the internet speed compared to previous provider! I am so far veryyyyyyy happy, fingers crossed- hope it stays like this.
