Customer service are horrible, some of them don't understand, most of them you can't understand them.
there are no escalation procedures, they are robotic and cannot think by themselves.
they will lose a customer without flinching they don't care about you

I was told I would be paying $25 for one of my monthly plans and was charged $50 in store. When I called about the mistake they had made they said they don’t have that plan. I never have service with my data or my calls if I actually do get a call through it drops. Freedom has terrible privacy protection. They are incompetent. I was a victim of a sim swap from Freedom. I had my banking and other financial accounts stolen. Freedom will not take any responsibility for my financial losses. They gave a SIM card replacement to a frauster and never requested my consent.

I have been trying to reach Back Office of Freedom Mobile for past 14 days. I have sent them 4 email but did not get a response back yet (God knows if I ever will). I went to Freedom Mobile store and asked them for my call records they said to call support because in store they do not have access to give call records. Freedom offers cheap plans, but with that you get cheap service. While they offer canada-usa plans their network is a bit wonky. Sometimes you’ll be right beside a tower with full bars and only get around 30 mbps down. Some dropped calls and their reliability indoors isn’t as good as other carriers, although wifi calling is an option. Overall, you get what you pay for.
