Frequent breaks. I pay for 50 Mbit/s, but I only receive 5 at the most. It's disappointing. I do not recommend. I'm moving soon and I'm going to change, that's for sure.

I have been with CIK Telecom for 1 year. This was the worst ISP experience I have had so far. I had service cuts almost every week. I was paying for 30 mbits when in reality, I often had transfer rates as low as 1 mbits (particularly in the evening).
