If you have ever had to deal with Bell, Rogers is a dream, they do what I ask, when I ask, don't make up stories, they offer me promotions that are actually good. I have no plans to switch to any other carrier, I couldn't be happier with Rogers.
The biggest problem with the companies in Canada is their price and low data.
Rogers is great, but even their cheapest plan is overbudget for me.
Basic coverage too expensive
Plans are way too expensive and they keep finding ways to increase their prices.
Got a good promotional deal but standard plans are overpriced
Constantly going up in cost. After 15 years with Rogers I am tired of having to call their loyalty service to negotiate prices. Most recent increases concern Roam like Home and an extra 5$ on the monthly plan

Services are always very pricey. Getting support is sometimes tricky, staff don't know full product lineup or requirements for issues outside the most basic issues.
Rogers web site is a nightmare to navigate. You can only update minutes on your phone with a voucher that you have to go out to purchase or with your credit card that takes 3 days to verify. you can not purchase a voucher with a credit card you have to use cash or debit. The people on the helpline are helpful and courteous. I have trouble getting a signal in small towns and parks near lake Huron, Erie. I have an older phone that I use for text and calls only that keeps a charge for at least a week so I keep my grandfathered plan that works for me at $100 a year. when my phone breaks goodbye rogers.
i have 2 lines business acount with rodgers 7gb of shareable data and i am tired of paying 181$ /mount
Expensive, doesn't care about customers
it's just not a good phone provider with very spotty coverage, I am technically in an extended coverage zone while in my house that is in the middle of the largest city in Saskatchewan
They are overpriced; dishonest nd provide poor service. Instead of helping someone to have a product that suit their needs Rogers changes plans nd ups prices without notice. Then find other ways less than etthical to squeesze money out of the client for O service.
Their ads should be Zero service for mucho dollars! They are the worst monst a field of terrible. Where is consumer protection!
I had nightmare after I switched to Rogers internet a couple months ago, they have issues all the time in my area and particular the box sitting in my backyard, in two month, I had once 6 days no internet and many time down or slow up to two days, I had to call them dozens times and lot of time not resolve the problem, many times i was transfer to anther person and another person and wait and wait and been hang up, Please be noted I had paid $150 fee for them to set up fresh with new cable and you know it is not anything else but themselves. I got supposed to 150 mps internet but most time just less than 10 when it is working, some times below 1mps and i cannot open an email. Even I decided to finish the nightmare and i had hard time to cancel it, they transferred me three times, after one hour holding, hand up on me. I am still struggle to get hold of them
