Wow great internet and fassssst

Great call to inquire very clear on expectations and plans. Tech was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable……we called installed next day. Now I ask why didn’t I sooner!

Unstable internet and poor customer service

The internet speed is ok. I am on their lowest fibe plan. It is, however, highly unreliable and unstable. It comes and goes which makes it difficult to have zoom calls or stream sport events. I am also having trouble reaching technical support with wait times of at least 20-30 minutes and even longer. I often just give up and hang up. If possible try to avoid this company. I seems they have grown

Worst service provider I've ever experienced

Hours on hold, terrible technical support, poor quality customer service, and unreliable service is just beyond the pale. Avoid this company.

Be Very Careful About Offers

I was sold a service upgrade for nearly what I was already paying, and assured I could go back should I decide. Naturally, my bill came in $30 more than my old bill. When I called about why I was informed there was basically nothing to be done, and to make matters worse I could not in fact go back to my old rate/service. So I was lied to and duped into spending $15 extra a month with no alternative of going back.

Difficult configuration

It was very difficult to connect the first time. Furthermore, when there are problems, the technicians are difficult to understand, and it always takes two hours to resolve them on the phone. For someone who doesn't know anything about it, all these system manipulations might be too complicated.
