Flee! Seriously.... FLEE!! If it's not horrid service is additional fees and then fees on the fees and 'oh, that price was introductory only'.... absolutely rubbish value, absolutely taking advantage and gouging the life out of people who may have no other option. To my good fortune, I now do have alternatives so adios Xplore! ZERO stars!

This is the worst internet company by a longshot the actual speeds are not even close to the speeds being payed for if as so much as the wind blows it stops working constantly having to call to figure out why its not working this time. Its so crazy how they can push these horrible plans to people that just want reliable internet. its no wonder they change the name of this company every year or two More

Where do I begin? Installer couldn't align LTE antenna in 2 tries. Finally aligned it myself so that it points directly at the tower. Speed is great during the day (~30 Mb/s) but drops off horribly most nights between 6 and 9 PM (2-4 Mb/s). Brutal experience from the morning the technician showed up for the installation. I've been in a horrible mood because of this experience. I've lost time and money. I am trying to make the best of the situation but they really try my patience. Hopefully your experience is better. If everyone had my experience they wouldn't be in business.

I think that for someone close to a tower, Xplore would be a fine provider. My problem is that the service is constantly dropping because of the distance that I am from the nearest tower, and the speed - when I can connect at all - is terrible.

Finally having access to fiber optics, I stopped my Xplornet satellite service. We were in a hurry! When the service was stopped, the attendant confirmed to me that I would not have a $30 early service cancellation fee. I had to ask because I had been a subscriber for 7 years! And surprise... When it's working it's very good but too often there are days where it's on off on off you can't start anything like games because at the most vulnerable time it seem to go off. If you are moving then when it comes back on you have lost the game. That in the long run cost money.

Xplonert exploits and takes advantage of the fact that they are the only ones who can serve us. I pay $114 per month, I don't have unlimited internet, the speed is slow, not to mention that the dome has to be cleared of snow every time. Really dissatisfied.
