Since a few weeks I am no longer able to make or receive calls if I am in the house. When it works the cut line... IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human at FIDO, only their robot!!! Fido doesn't care about it's existing customer, I am with Fido for ~3 years, but when I called to upgrade my data plan from 2 GB to what they are offering to new customer , they simply refused it , and when I asked to leave the Fido as getting better deal with other provider they didn't care .

Roaming options are nonexistent. Travelling to the US has only one option. Pay $12.00 per day or do without. This can make for a very expensive month. I've bought 2 phones from Fido, both faulty. First was an a53, then an S22. They took the first one back, second one they did nothing. I was out of town and missed the 30 day so called customer satisfaction by 5 days I believe. S22 is less than 5 months old, it'll be going in for the 3rd time for repairs.
