Great network, very impressed. I personally drive to a lot of areas within Ontario and a family trip to the East coast.
I have never had any billing issues over and above the agreed amount.

I have been a Fido customer forever, since it first became a carrier company.
I have never had a problem with this company and that includes traveling across Canada and the U.S. many times with my career; always helpful customer service, certainly competitive plans and coverage pretty much everywhere.
Thank goodness its quality of service DID NOT go down when gobbled up by Rogers.

I've been with Fido for over 5 years. They are average when it comes to customer service. When you bring your own device they always get you great offers to stay with them, that changes when you get to be in a phone contract with them.

Easy, the big 3 all have a secondary company. Same network, same services, same everything. Then the small others more localized. 3G only. Personally Fido, Virgin or Koodo are the cheapest for top coverage in Canada and roaming, if you have a large business, for tax breaks, pay more for same coverage, same antenna, same compagnie, less gb/month, Rogers, Bell, Telus… same, same, same…. You must c More

For the first year, it is quite good. But after the first year, things just smell fishy and you have no idea where extra charges come from.

When Fido didn't belong to Roger, it was much better
