Having had small financial problems, I was cut off. Today everything is fine so I paid everything in order to have my service again. The proof of payment was received but it has been 4 days since I was able to reconnect. It's stupidity, there are always reasons: the girl doesn't understand, my system is buggy, I have to find out....blah blah blah. They say 24/48 hours. After 4 days, I have zero service. Go somewhere else!!!!

Maskatel is the only one to offer internet in our rank. So there is no competition with them. What they take advantage of. Choose a speed of 50 mbit, you will never have that according to the speed test recommended by their site. They are far from economical, if you can, go your way...

I have been having billing issues for several weeks. I called customer service. I am told that they will call me back in 48 hours and no one contacts me. Pre-authorized payments have not been taken for 2 months by Maskatel while I have not made any changes to this service and informed them of this problem.

Very bad experience at Maskatel. Big billing problems that no one could explain to me. Accounts not received in March 2020 on which I would have had an increase which until yesterday was unknown to me. Twice I asked to speak to a supervisor, which was not possible Isabelle customer service took the time yesterday to search my account to retrieve a price increase of which I had not been notified Billing problem, ask. maskatel (owned by Bell now) has questionable business practices. He offers a loyalty discount for 12 months without mentioning that he would increase the rate during the period. Lack of transparency. We pay for a speed of 50 but in reality it is between 35 and 40 at most
