Their answering machine is pretty corny, but I've been happy with my service for the past few years and have rarely run into issues with my internet connection, billing, or anything else. I liked that when I was initially getting my internet set up, I wasn't on hold for long periods of time, and my call was usually answered by the same individuals based in Canada. Recommended!

I've never really been one for smaller carriers, but my wife had them in the past so we decided to stick with them. With a name likeHheronet, I thought it sounds gimmicky, but I gave it a shot. And that was 2 years ago haha, I've never had a problem with their service, their customer support is amazing ( and bilingual EN/FR). Never had any issues with billing, honestly they make everything so simp More

I've been a HeroNet customer since 2017 and never had a problem.
They helped me transfer my subscription to a new address and everything went smoothly.
What I also really like with them is that they take the time to call you when needs be. Like when I wanted to upgrade for a faster transfer speed, they called me to make sure that it is really what I needed and checked that nothing was wrong with it.
