Very poor service, slow connections, exorbitant charges. Numerous abuses, sometimes leaving you on hold for hours without a response. This service is not recommended and should be avoided at all costs. A class action lawsuit is necessary.

In my experience, Comwave has not been a good service provider. The contract I received appeared straightforward, but after I closed my account, I was presented with additional charges that I do not believe were clearly disclosed at the time I signed up. I have also heard similar concerns from friends and acquaintances who felt that certain fees were not adequately explained until after they cancelled their services. Très mauvais service de l'installation à l'annulation. J'ai du appeler 3 fois pour décaler l'installation, ils me renvoyaient à chèque fois un courriel avec la date inchangée.Service peu fiable, jusqu'à 10 déconnexions dans la même journée.Quand on veut annuler, ils demandent de renvoyer l'équipement à nos frais et nous chargent un 25$ de frais de restockage.Jamais vu une compagnie aussi cheap de ma vie, à fuir.

Absolutely no customer service. On hold for hours. They do not answer emails. They invoice for charges not received nor asked for. They charge credit card on file for services not provided. How can anybody deal with a company so unresponsive?

Their 1-877-474-6638 customer service number NEVER has a live body to address issues. I have spent 4+ hours on hold with no one taking my IMPORTANT call!!!
