After 20 hours on the phone with support staff my landline can not receive incoming calls nor voicemails. It took 6 hours of phone calls to get my internet & TV working.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 75 years.

Absolutely no customer service. On hold for hours. They do not answer emails. They invoice for charges not received nor asked for. They charge credit card on file for services not provided. How can anybody deal with a company so unresponsive?
