Since its formation in 2010, Chatr Mobile Canada - a subsidiary of Rogers Communications, has been targeting a more generic audience. When it comes to mobile plans, Chatr mobile has been offering affordable services to all its users for years now. Today, they have expanded their network coverage which has resulted in enhanced brand visibility. Customers in general seem happy with their no credit check and no contract policy and the overall affordability of their mobile plans.

Chatr doesn't support hotspot. You might get it working but I can't on my iPhone. I called support and they said they don't support it. The coverage is also terrible. I was on Fido before which is also Rogers. I never had the low bar problem and slow internet there like I do here. Literally go with anyone else.

Customer service doesn't exist. No humans, only a robot that sends you useless links. It's impossible to find out your account number. When you have a problem, you have to go to a store. You call Rogers, the company that owns Chatr, and no help is available. You're on your own. You'll have to file a complaint with the CRTC.

The fact the you won't let people call a customer service number in. Order to speak with a real person and force th m to waste time talking to a useless robot is disgusting.The fact that all Canadian carriers offer absurdly expensive prices for their plans is even more disgusting. Like everything else in Canada you pay 10 for something that's worth 1. Shame on you I'm happy to go back to Italian c

We have a prepaid plan for 30Gb (= 30,000Mb) of data (for the year). Chatr "customer service" sent me the report of her usage which shows she has used less that 100Mb of data, yet they continue to insist she has used her full amount and refuse to restart her data... No human being will call, no matter how absurd the situation. It took a while for a human to respond by email, it was all automatic responses for about a week. Terrible service.
