If I could give no star or half star I would but it is set up to give at least 1 star. This company sucks your customer service reps are rude as hell I have been without my internet for 3 weeks now no one knows the problem to dates booked where a tech was to come out to fix it which was a no show no call both times I would never refer this company to anyone.

I have never seen such bad service. We have been wanting to change companies for a month. But to change companies we have to wait for Altima to give us a cancellation number and after more than 2 weeks of calling every day to get this number, still nothing. We are at our wit's end. I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy grrrrr

You do they installions yourself .if everything works it’s not to bad it not be prepared to be on the phone for a while 1.5 hours to 2 hours and you have to pay before your monthly service and you’re rate raises with out any notification

I am with this company by default, as I am a former customer of Gemstelecom, which appears to have been bought out by Altima. Unfortunately, my experience has been a succession of disappointments. For several months, I have been experiencing internet connection problems, including slowdowns that affect my Zoom conferences. This constantly shifts the image and sound, which is very problematic and unprofessional. This type of problem seems exclusively related to their service. But what really exacerbated the situation is the poor quality of their customer service, which gives incorrect information and does not seem to care about the difficulties of customers. On November 27, 2024, a technician advised me to go to 2355 rue Guennette, a place that I find unsafe, especially for a woman alone. The doors were closed before 5 p.m., and when I returned the next day at 4:30 p.m., the same situation repeated itself. There, I met a young woman in distress, who had driven several hours from Lasalle, in order to return her equipment and get a $500 refund. She was desperate and in communication with a certain Julien (ext. #3548), who had assured her that a router would be available at 1741 Marcel-Laurin. When we arrived there, the place was also closed, even though we had been assured that it closed at 5:30 p.m. When I contacted customer service to explain my situation, I was shocked by the lack of understanding and empathy.
